What is IILP?
The Industry Integrated Learning Program is a NEP 2020 compliant programme where you earn a D.Voc, B.Voc or certificate from an affiliated university while doing On-Job Training with an industry partner — 60% OJT and 40% academic learning.
Do students pay any fee?
No. VONE follows a zero-fee model — students earn while they learn.
How much stipend will I get?
Students receive a stipend of ₹20K–₹60K during training, depending on the role, sector and location. Stipend is tracked monthly in Orchid Pace.
Is placement guaranteed?
Yes. VONE has a 100% placement rate and 80–90% of students convert to permanent roles.
How many hours of classes are there?
Regular classes are 1 hour daily, with semester evaluations.
Which programmes are available?
60+ programmes — 20 D.Voc streams, 20 B.Voc streams and 20+ certificate / short courses across Manufacturing, IT, BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Hospitality, Logistics and Construction.
What is NAPS / NATS?
National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme and National Apprenticeship Training Scheme — government apprenticeship schemes under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961. VONE is NATS / NAPS approved.
What is Orchid Pace?
Orchid Pace is VONE’s ERP and student portal — attendance, OJT progress, stipend records, university admission and exam details, and a document vault for certificates and offer letters.
How can a company partner with VONE?
