A NEP 2020 compliant way to learn, earn and grow
The Industry Integrated Learning Program (IILP) is VONE’s flagship programme, launched in 2022–23 in alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, which encourages vocational education, multiple pathways and integration of education with work.
Students are enrolled with an affiliated university for a D.Voc, B.Voc or certificate while completing On-Job Training with an industry partner. They follow a dual track: On-Job Training (60%) + Academic Learning (40%), with regular classes of 1 hour daily and semester evaluations.
